Farm To Table To Farm
During this Belmar Gastronomy Program journey, you will learn what Costa Rican farm-to-table is all about.
Start your experience at Finca Madre Tierra, our carbon-neutral farm, where you will experience picking coffee beans, grinding sugar cane, and meeting our free- range chickens, cows, and horses. Learn about carbon neutrality and how that plays into the functioning of our farm and hotel. We then head to our organic garden located a few meters away from our Restaurante Celajes, where our chef will prepare a seasonal farm-to-table lunch.
